What is a concierge service?

What is your privacy policy?


Yes, Your Highness! Concierge Services respects your privacy. Any personal information collected from you will be held in the strictest of confidence and will be used for internal purposes only. We will not share your private information with anyone outside our office.

How is time calculated?


We bill clients from the time when we start an errand or task until the time it is completed. Please visit our Pricing page for more details.

Do you charge for cancellations?


We charge a $25 cancellation fee if we do not receive advance notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service; so please call ahead as soon as possible if you have to cancel. The full price of services will be charged if failure to provide any notice of cancellation.

What if I purchase a package and then don’t use all the hours?


You have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to use all your hours. Any unused hours will expire on the 91st day. We do not give refunds for expired hours.
